Breonna Taylor is murdered by the police in Kentucky.

Date: 2020

RAC
COP

Taylor is shot and killed by police who are doing a nighttime "no knock" warrant search on the house where she is sleeping with her boyfriend. Believing they are breaking into his house, her boyfriend fires one shot at the police, who in return fire off 22 bullets–killing Taylor.

No action is initially taken against the officers after the murder, but months later they are charged with civil rights violations, conspiracy, use of excessive force, and obstruction. The case exposes lies and a massive coverup in an attempt to protect the officers. At the time of this writing, the case remains unresolved.
