Caminetti v. United States further criminalizes forms of sex considered "immoral."

In the case of Caminetti v. United States, the U.S. Supreme Court extends the the Mann Act of 1910 to apply to sexual acts for “immoral purposes" beyond sex work, even if those acts are consensual. "The phrase 'immoral purpose' was broadly used to prosecute unlawful premarital, extramarital, and interracial relationships" (Cornell Law School). Even if both adults are consenting, a woman can be arrested for being an "accessory to the crime."
