Through the mid-to-late 1960's, Dr. Stough oversees 130 investigational experiments for 37 pharmaceutical companies, including Bristol Myers, Merck, and Upjohn. He profits immensely from selling incarcerated people's blood plasma for wide-scale drug tests in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Alabama.
