Austrian physician Eugen Steinach and urologist Robert Lichtenstern publish the paper "Conversion of Homosexuality through Exchange of Puberty Glands," which describes their experiments to replace the testes of homosexual men with the undescended testes of heterosexual men.

After observing the behaviors of the homosexual men post-surgery, they conclude that the Steinach Rejuvenation procedure "converts" "homosexual" behaviors to "heterosexual" ones.
