Structural Integration is a therapeutic approach focusing on how the human body organizes itself in relation to gravity. Osteopathy, Hatha yoga, and structural techniques all inform Rolf's approach. Rolf works with the idea that the fascia (connective tissue) of the body is a whole body system.
