The uprising is a Pan-Native alliance against British rule around Lake Erie. In response to the uprising, colonizers in Lancaster, Pennsylvania massacre 20 Native people. Colonizers also kill and scalp Native people in Virginia, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Colorado, Arizona, California, New Mexico, and other colonies. Native people resist, killing and scalping white people in the same places.
