To filter by a particular topic and see a smaller section of the data, make a selection on the dropdown “Filters” menu or click “Search” to do a keyword search. Hover over the abbreviated filter tags in the blue boxes to see the complete name of the filter, or click a filter to display all the data with this tag. Leaders in the reproductive justice movement begin to feel it is critical to interrupt co-optation of the framework by the mainstream, which is using the term inappropriately.

A group of Women of Color meet to determine standards for Reproductive Justice (RJ) criteria to maintain discipline and rigor in using RJ in practice.

Integral to the RJ criteria is that work must be intersectional, connect to global movements, and be rooted in a human rights framework.
