Known for its "From Abortion Rights to Social Justice: Building the Movement for Reproductive Freedom Conference," the Civil Liberties Public Policy Program (CLPP) has dedicated itself to building power through highlighting critical feminist frameworks and analysis for young people to enter the reproductive rights, health, and justice movements.

CLPP also focus on understanding the critical intersections of other movements, including disability justice, migrant justice, environmental justice, and LGBTQ+ liberation.
