The U.S. and Mexican governments spray Agent Orange, a herbicide with the dangerous chemical contaminant dioxin, on poppy fields in Mexico in an attempt to stop the growth of the heroin industry. This both decreases the poppy production and leaves a wake of environmental devastation.
