This report is comprised of data gathered on all industrial deaths in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area for one year, with over one thousand cases in all. The investigators include data on the nature of each accident, including the cause, who is at fault, the economic effects on families, and so on. Eventually, this will be used to build the case for creating and maintaining safe workplaces.
