The Center for Black Women's Wellness (CBWW) is founded by the National Black Women's Health Project (now known as the "Black Women's Health Imperative") in Atlanta, Georgia in 1988. It is founded as the first health center in the U.S. that is solely devoted to the health concerns of Black women.

CBWW provides reproductive health services and advocacy to low-income Black women. The center continues to be integral to the field of Black women's health.
