This museum still exists today, holding over 60,000 artifacts from P.T. Barnum's collection. It continues to herald Mr. Barnum's legacy as his being an "entrepreneur of culture and science," without challenging the ableist exploits of his circuses and "freak shows" that he capitalized from.
